The Company: Holy Cow! Gourmet Burger Co.
Founded in 2009 in Lausanne, Holy Cow! has revolutionized the Swiss burger market by bringing a unique concept: a gourmet burger cooked with fresh, local and tasty ingredients. The sauce recipes are inspired by the founder’s travels and allow us to offer a wide variety of burgers. The objective is to serve customers in less than ten minutes without compromising on the quality of the burgers. Holy Cow! strives to source as much as possible from Swiss and local producers in order to minimize its impact on the environment. Supply routes are short in order to reduce carbon emissions and the products are fresh in order to limit the use of preservatives. The group operates 15 restaurants throughout Switzerland, ranging from small outlets in railway stations to large food courts in industrial areas, including the centers of Switzerland’s largest cities. About 250 employees of more than 25 different nationalities are part of the team and work every day to best welcome our customers.
