Puce & Plume Group, who are we?
The Puce & Plume group has positioned itself as a specialist in the digital transformation of business data within companies for 33 years. The group now has nearly 150 employees spread over several sites in France and achieves a turnover of more than €10 million with strong growth ambitions.
Its particularity is to achieve half of its turnover on concrete activities, digital, but not necessarily IT. For example :
It is one of the 5 actors in France to take care of bringing back to life cultural treasures kept by museums or the BnF by digitizing them in somewhat extreme conditions;
Some Puce & Plume experts are able to read and summarize 20 books a day (true) and take care of informing all booksellers and libraries of their publication via an app;
Other team members have their hands in the hard and investigate hundreds of thousands of insurance files per year.
This plurality of activities and the growth of the Group create a rich work environment in which the HR function continues to evolve, grow and question itself to support, as best as possible, the company and the members who work there. compose.
