You will undergo a management training and in this role you are part of a group together with all workshop managers who have monthly meetings where you support each other and exchange experiences.
About the service
The role as service market manager means that you have the overall responsibility for planning and operation of the repair shop and warehouse where you have personnel, follow-up, budget and profit responsibility. You work with ensuring a good working environment and are also involved in warranty handling, purchasing processes and agreements with suppliers. Much focus will be on leadership and process work, which means coaching employees and further developing existing routines and creating an efficient business.
