Lindehaven – the care center of the future

As part of the vision Generationsernes Byrum, the last stones are being laid at a state-of-the-art care center at Nordens Plads. Lindehaven is run by Altiden, and we, together with Frederiksberg Municipality, have big plans for the place.

“Lindehaven will be anything but an ordinary care center. We want to be active in the local community so that generations can meet and enjoy each other. It can be anything from the locals using our café to the school choir giving a concert for the elderly. We believe that we can challenge the current notion around the framework of a nursing home. We have said goodbye to the traditional and institutional way of thinking – we want to be the place where we ourselves want to live if one day we need support in everyday life. In order to continue to be able to challenge this common notion, we need you who manage to create the best setting for our employees and residents.

The position as shift planner is a full-time position of 37 hours per week in the period between kl. 7-16. You will experience a flexible workplace in your field, where you really help to make a difference for other people.

You will be a key person in the house and your primary task will be to organize and organize the employees’ shift plan as well as shift coverage. In addition, there are also administrative tasks such as entering salary information, reimbursements and absence registration.

You will be part of a strong community, where we recognize and respect each other’s professionalism, knowledge and competencies – we all value a safe and good working environment, and together we lift in droves.

You may have a health professional profile or a completely third background, but the most important thing is that you have knowledge of shift planning for a larger group of employees and thrive on administrative tasks. We work with Timeplan as an administrative system, it is an advantage to know this, but not a requirement.
