We at Länsförsäkringar Skåne are currently looking for new insurance advisers!

We know that many people think that insurance is a bit tricky at the same time as it is so important to be properly insured once the accident has occurred. We have a vision that no customer who has been in contact with us should be unknowingly uninsured and are now looking for you who love sales and service and want to be involved in creating a simpler and safer everyday life for our customers.

In the role of insurance adviser, you work with sales and advice on our products in private insurance and book meetings with our advisers at the bank. You work towards a set individual and team budget where continuous follow-up of sales, working methods and customer satisfaction is an important part of the job. You staff our incoming communication channels which consist of both telephony, chat and writing. The role also includes proactive work where you call our existing customers and review their needs.

Who are you
We believe in the long term and that you want to grow in the role. You are curious and have a great interest in the customer, are proactive and a master at identifying new needs. Determination and high commitment are a matter of course! You have a strong will and want to achieve good results together with your team members. Furthermore, we believe that you are open to change and like a high pace.

We are looking for you who have experience in sales, from, for example, service professions such as retail or customer service. We strongly believe that you have the right personality, attitude and attitude, assurances we will teach you.

You can express yourself freely in Swedish, in both speech and writing.

At our Customer Center in Malmö, almost 100 employees work in both insurance and banking and you will be part of one of our insurance teams consisting of about 15 employees.
